Wire has to be the first medium that I became familiar with like any other African kids. Raw materials were easily available, just had to find the right security fence to strip it from, and off we went creating the latest car, truck or motorcycles. In my late teens I started getting involved through some friends creating more elaborate and creative pieces of wire art trying to push my creativity, seeing the creation of larger and more personal sculptures.

Working with wire became less satisfying so I incorporated metal work to further on ideas that where too heavy as wire creations. This has seen the creation of metal birds, plants and custom works of art.
